Susan attended the Bread and Viennoiserie courses in the 2023 Training Series, “I was there for seven weeks and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had.”

Since leaving SFBI, Susan has continued to bake. “As you can see, I bake country bread and olive loaf every week. My grandkids love it.”

“SFBI is the best place to learn baking because it’s both intensive and at the same time so much fun! The class work is really interesting and then you go downstairs to the baking room and you can see the amylase and protease happening before your eyes! So exciting! Plus you meet a lot of great people. We’re still in touch on What’s App.”
