  • Normal times are 8am to 12pm – lunch not included, 9am to 1pm – Lunch included, and 10am to 2pm – Lunch included.
  • Max Capacity: 16-24 people (depends on lab size needed for the class)
  • 50% deposit due as soon as possible to secure your class date. Remaining balance payable on or before class date.

Cancellation:

After 4 weeks prior to the class start date, payment is non-refundable but transferrable to a later date depending on instructor availability. Contact us as soon as possible.

Description

  1. Baguette and Pizza
    – Students will shape baguettes. They will assemble pizzas and have them for lunch.
  2. Viennoiserie
    – Students will sheet, cut and shape croissants and Danishes.
  3. Cookies, Muffins and Scones
    – Students will make various cookies, muffins, and scones following the instructor’s
    demonstration
  4. Bagels
    – Students will shape, boil and bake bagels following the instructor’s demonstration.

    – Students will mix, shape and bake three different types of sourdough bread
