Photographs & Social Media Release: From time-to-time San Francisco Baking Institute may take photographs of activities to use (without names included) in printed publicity, our website, social media and other media. Attendees may withhold permission to have themselves photographed or filmed.

If you have any questions, whatsoever, about your ability to safely follow any instruction you are given, please immediately alert the chef or a staff member. By signing this form, you acknowledge, agree, and understand that your participation is voluntary, and you assume the risks associated with the baking activity in which you will be participating. Such risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury like cuts or burns, foodborne illness, contraction of viruses from other participants, allergic reaction (as SFBI is not allergen-free) or other harm. You and you alone are solely responsible for taking proper care to limit your risk of injury or harm.
