Day 3 of the Teen Summer Camp☀️ Day 3 of any Day 3 of the Teen Summer Camp☀️

Day 3 of any class is usually when we see bakers gain confidence and trust in themselves and their group! This group is no different. 

Today they baked sooo many goodies like cinnamon rolls, grissini, chocolate pan bread, egg bread and they ended the day with a demo of animal breads!! So many goodies for them to take home to their families and loved ones ✨

Today, students mixed their own doughs, scaled ingredients, shaped some Swiss dough boys, cinnamon rolls and went home with lots of ciabatta and pan bread! 🍞🥖

Day 1 of our Inaugural Teen Summer Camp has come t Day 1 of our Inaugural Teen Summer Camp has come to a close! ☀️

Today we saw some of the l o o o o ngest baguettes I’ve ever seen (up to 360”!), normal sized baguettes and learned about different flours! They even took a walk up to the Wind Harp.
